Stopped here on my way home from work, wanted to see how the A-Class looked and find out prices. I walked past 3 sales people, everyone seemed too busy to help me. After about 15 minutes of walking around and not getting any help decided I might as well leave. Massive banners saying it's dealer of the year or something, don't know how they got that. Will definitely go somewhere else if I want to buy.

The diagnostic you pay for is not thorough or wrong. They order parts from Germany which you do not need. They do not repair your vehicle properly. They damage your vehicle while "repairing" it. You are liable for every expense, even when they are wrong. The customer satisfaction survey you do get by phone after your "service" is not quality driven. If you complain about anything, including the price of it all, you are just being told with a smile that THIS is Mercedes. Useless, costly, unfriendly, not professional except for the coffee lady and shuttle service that you get to use once or twice while they keep your vehicle for weeks. Sold my car, went there to ask for the full history of what was done on my car, I am in their system since 2007... nothing can be printed. Lol. What a disgrace this dealer is, too bad it was the one next door.

Nice dealership, nice cars both new and used. I went there to buy that car, cash. If the sales lady wouldn't be sleeping and had followed the instructions given by her boss I would have bought the car right then.

Very helpful dropping car off. Terrible getting it back. Had to wait a long time for service advisor to get around to helping me pay and go. Pity.
