They responded by sending a technician to my premises very promptly. We agreed on a price for the repair of the fridge. It was running but not getting cold. Since the "repair" the fridge is still not getting cold. I have made numerous calls to them. Either they do not answer the phone or promise to get back to me.

Useless. This place came, over charged me, did not fix my fridge. Does not respond to my messages, does not take my calls, does not call me back, did not provide a receipt and did not provide an invoice. All round terrible experience. Simple google search will take you to a much better company that won’t steal your money :)

The guy came to our place. Charged R1 500 to fix the fridge as it was not cooling, The fridge still isn't cooling properly. I called for them to come check it again and they've just stopped responding to my calls and texts. Not worth my time chasing them, I just hope this review helps you avoid the same disastrous service.

Extremely dissapointed. R1500 and a week later an my fridge still not working! Every time I complain he takes 2 x days to return. Ive lost so much food and he just say sorry! Pathetic service

DO NOT USE. This service was terrible. My fridge stopped cooling and i was forced to throw out food. When the technician came, he said it was the gas and filled that. I was charged about R400 MORE then what is normally paid. It didnt work after 48 hours. I called the business again, the technician came back and changed a pipe. I asked if he could check everything else. He didnt. He changed the pipe, CHARGED ME AGAIN and left. I waited for four hours, the fridge was still not working. After this I called the business and told them what happened. Instead of offering to come back and do a THOROUGH check they said to me it was " not their fault or problem". This has all happened during lockdown. I have been forced to find another business. There was no curitcy or reimbursement or discount offered. They couldnt even refer me to their competition. So basically i paid money that was half the cost of a normal fridge for some gas. Please dont use them, they dont know how to assist customers properly or offering them other options. When i said i was unfortunately going to write a bad review, they said i must " write whatever I want". VERY POOR BUSINESS ETHICS
