A friend and myself went for the African Journey full day spa treatment. The logistics were well thought out and planned. We were greeted and efficiently shown our lockers. Breakfast was well run and we enjoyed the generous breakfast options. The treatments were planned well and everything ran like absolute clockwork. The therapists were friendly and very very pleasant. The lunch was well prepared and tasty, as was the high tea and farewell drink. There were lots of extras we didn't expect but it really made the experience memorable. The actual premises are stunning. I didn't love all of the treatments but enjoyed the hot stone massage, the leg and foot massage as well as the hand and arm massage. I really would recommend this place to any couple wanting to do something different or special. It was well worth the price in my opinion.

Everything is 5 stars. From the complimentary slippers to the amazing food and most of all the relaxing and revitalizing massage experience. My masseuse was Fikile. She was amazingly skilled. We, my wife and I, will definitely come back for more.

An amazing pamper spoil. Loved it a lot. The staff was very friendly. The lunch was so delicious. Facilities are good. Loved the treatments. Lovely pool area. Would recommend coming here. The rest period between treatments were a bit short. And breakfast could have been slightly bigger.

Tholwethu !

I have not been to the spa yet i am already disappointed by their lack of communication and professionalism. I sent my full proof of payment on the 31st to Lucinda, but my booking still has not been confirmed and i am due for a treatment tomorrow. I made a telephonic follow up with her and she said she would send it but still nothing. An email follow up i sent yesterday was not responded to either. It only makes me wonder what kind of spa treatment will i get when they eventually confirm my booking (if ever). Please work on your admin service as it reflects badly on your establishment before one even gets to experience it. Update: finally got hold of someone, as it turns out, not only did i not receive my booking confirmation, but our selected meals had not been captured in the system either.

Excellent relaxing 2 hour massage package (morning retreat) Massage is in 3 sessions and good but it is not therepeuting massaging.. Very pleasant The registration, booking and payment systems are still in the dark ages.. Cumbersome and not friendly.

This spa has always been and remains my favorite! The setting is stunning and the treatments are divine!! It feels like you are in the middle of the bush whilst you getting pampered. You forget you are in the middle of Fourways. The whole experience is just great!!
