Poor service. The guy there does not respect customers. Treatment is different between black people and white people. I think as black people we are not welcomed to that shop. They messed up my T. Shirts around winter this year I let that go. A week ago sent T. Shirts for printing only to find them still at the shop yesterday, they were still at the same spot I left them! I have also asked for a logo to be designed until this day have I waited! So I am dissatisfied and really disappointed. I have never had issues with the shop until recently. We have done our T. Shirts there for many years. Well I think also it's frequent changing of staff which is failing to treat customer correctly. I might not bring thousand of Rands to the shop but because I prefer using their services, I should be treated with respect as a valued customer. I hope management will fix that!
