Dr is absolutely great and warm, but no confidence in her Admin Ladies..For something that generally takes 2 to 3 day's, it has been 2 weeks and no feedback, in spite me calling every day. I get a different excuse every time , and am always told they would put me on top of list...Can someone in Dr Naidoo's office tell me if I have cancer or not!

Dr Naidoo is a warm and understanding doctor with excellent bedside manner. She is super busy but no matter how busy she is, she always has time for her patients and will explain anything to you in dept if you need. Her staff are also friendly and always sends out a message if Dr Naidoo is running late, so you don't have to sit in the waiting room if she has an emergency. Her facilities are beautiful and the hospital is more like a hotel.. I'm having my second child with her and i'm traveling more than 50km for each appointment - i tried finding another doctor closer to home when we moved, but nothing compares.

I love my doctor. She is very professional, easy to talk to. Her bedside manner is also very good. She is very thorough. Gives us lots of photos of our soon to be here baby every time. Her whole office is full of thank you cards from happy patients, and photos of happy newborns

The doctor is great, so very busy, but the admin ladies are disorganised. The practice is not contracted in to medical aid, so any payments must be made up front, and double check the amounts, as the admin ladies get confused about amounts and you sometimes end up with a surprise bill.
