Unless you plan on becoming permanently put-off nandos, I would not recommend this place. I'd rather go to the pet section at the grocery and eat some husky chunks from a can, than eat stale-and-refried-tasting-smelling livers.

Ordered Chicken livers, and chicken etc, no rolls for chicken livers. By the time the rolls arrived food cold. We usually get good serve from you guys but this is the second. Not happy.....
The 1/2 chicken I ordered online was a good experience. It was ready before they indicated online. Whe I collected the people were friendly and efficient. The chicken itself was the best Nando's I've had for quite some time.
Was embarrassed today coznthe cashier refused to take my cash assuming their machine doesn't take the not old 200note ldont make money in southafrica don't understand why the 200 is not money to u guys lm angry

Ordered a full chicken and 3 sides, the chicken was extremely spicy and we had to spit it out. We called nandos noorwood and we told the rude manager that we had to spit out the chicken as we could not eat it as it tasted like peri peri, she reluctantly told us to return the chicken and the spat out chicken and the bones after receiving the new chicken the manager called and she told us it was unacceptable that we never returned a whole chicken, and why where there 4 bones and the other peaces but we already told here we tried to eat it but spat us out also why would she want the chicken back during a pandemic ,what was she going to do with it. Head office also said they can't do anything shocking service from the ignorant manager at nandos Norwood will never eat there again.0/10 Thank for your response but a little too late for apologies.
Nice indoors seating area. Lots of Parking in front. Friendly staff. The food is always great. Their Churros are amazing
Ordered from Norwood nandoes and my order was not delivered and had paid lm greatly disheartened, zero communication from them when l tried calling they did not answer
