I have ordered some chicken livers and pap. The pap and livers were cold with a smaller portion Im used to. I recommend you to buy more regular items such as chicken etc. They need improvement. Staff were friendly though. Would like to have a better experience next time.

Loves the food and service. Good seating and dining option. Ores wrong process is easy and dine in facility is provided with table service. The sauce is conventional and great peri peri. Price is reasonable with no hikes priced being inside the airport terminal, which is appreciated.

Absolutely the worst service, staff scream at each other, no cooperation or coordination, ordered a simple chicken strips and rice at 17:30, it's currently 17:52, I am still waiting, clearly Nandos franchise does not have enough competition to take chances with customer service like this.

Do not bother going to Nandos in the Johannesburg airport. It is not to the standard of international Nando’s at all! I ordered a vegetarian haloumi wrap that contained only raw carrot, slimes courgette and way too much mayo. Completely inedible

I placed an order yesterday at OR Tambo AirPort FOR delivery I didn't get my 1.5 cold drink and when I tried calling them no answer. Pathetic service!!

Very tasty chicken. We ordered 1/2 and had to go back for another 1/2. Also first time we had pap. Friendly service from lady at the counter/server. Seating is ample and comfortable. Price is good. Only complain is we had to wait quite a bit for the food but the taste definitely make up for it. Perfect meal before long haul flight.

Food is great and all regulations are being followed but while I'm inclined to give them a 5 star the waiting is just disheartening.
