Well done to the Management of this hospital for turning things around for the better. The nurses are professional and friendly, the hospital is clean, admission is quick and hassle-free. Thanks for the great service.

Overall the hospital is well maintained and well managed. However every time I've visited patients in this hospital especially family and close friends the nursing staff were a bad experience, careless and have attitudes. You should not be in this line of work if you have no idea what you doing there!

I had to stay for 7 days and I was very impressed with the staff and maintenance of the clinic. Only positive comments. Please keep it up and do not neglect this clinic ️

Despite the long wait which is normal at the Emergency Department, the whole experience was positive. My son was injured, but all the staff made us feel at ease and was understanding. The nurse and doctor who did the stitches were great.

I had the best nurse in the ED, but out of the 5 hours I spent there, 4 hours were just waiting Even when waiting for discharge and my script, I waited for almost 2 hours and still nothing. Apparently the dr had 3 other scripts to write but surely that does not take 2 hours. Disgusting service.

As A Netcare Employee I know Complaining will not help But just to give you 1 Star for a Very bad service and long waiting hours in your E.D. I had to wait from 8h30 to 11h00. I understand there was an Emergency but coming to check or do some other tests while waiting could have reassured the "You're in Safe Hands" logo Thank you!!!
