You know what’s worse than having no WiFi? Having “WiFi” that doesn’t work when you need it. Their service allows you to pay for vast amounts of mobile data to cover up for their incompetence. You’re better of sticking to mobile service or better yet, get a reliable provider, because Netstream and their buddies at Accelerite are a doomsday couple.

Have not been having a great experience with them. Service is down once a month for couple of days at a time. And there is no indication of any improvements to rectify this.

My experience has been horrifying. From signup to initial use. Johan keep on telling me that the engineer will have a look. After 21 phone calls to them and two weeks later my fibre line is still not working.
My link was down, ISP was very unhelpful and was blaming Netstream for days saying they were unreachable. I emailed Netstream customer support myself, Almero responded to my email immediately , and was extremely helpful even though it was holiday season. My link was restored within minutes, after days of being messed around by the ISP. Very happy with the quality of the link, and over the moon with the good service I received from Netstream and Almero. Would recommend Netstream to everyone.
My initial experience with Netstream was dreadful, but things seem to be much improved on the second go around.
