Got excellent service from Bodiat when buying a car for my daughter. Followed up on everything and went out of his way to accommodate us. Five stars for him. Though no fault of his, just found the "proof of funds" requisite before taking a test drive, very annoying and invasive.

To all prospective buyers - be aware of this dealership's "mandatory warranty" and "admin fees", which are both illegal additions to credit agreements in terms of the National Credit Act 34 of 2005. This dealership's staff will not waive these charges even though they know that these charges are illegal, and could attract both civil and criminal liability. Staff are also completely unwilling to obtain a Dekra report on the vehicles that they sell, unless the prospective customer is prepared to pay for same (for a vehicle that they may not end up purchasing) Rather spend your time wisely and walk away.

Visited the dealership today to view this car, and most probably buy it cash with no questions asked. The salesperson that welcomed me looked very confused as to why the car was advertised, as he was under the impression that the owner was going to keep it for himself. After waiting abit, I was told that the car is at the owner's house. When I asked the salesperson how do you advertise a car for sale, but it isn't even near the dealership, he then indicated that it is the business owner's own car and can leave it where he wants. I was then told to leave my contact details and that I will be contacted if it is decided that the car is to be sold. GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION.

I would love to give feedback on their cars. I however cannot comment on the quality of the cars as the sales people don't come back to you even after I said how do I proceed with the sale. Over 5 x you phone and leave messages no one comes back to, You ask for the manager, they do not want to give that info heaven knows why not then I found it was (Mohamed) he could not care less I must have phoned over 10 times and left specific messages. Still waiting. Clearly you don't care about money? I am updating my review. The Sales manager has indeed followed up with me and is taking steps to remedy the situation which I thought was a good step in the right direction. Getting feedback It has made me more comfortable I will update the review accordingly.
