Our direct relationships with the manufacturers mean that we regularly can offer South Africans machines that are manufactured in the same factories as well known global brands by the same team of production engineers at a fraction of the cost of the known brand. Not only do we personally visit our manufacturers'​ production facilities abroad regularly but also we regularly attend top international trade exhibitions to ensure that we remain abreast of world trends and cutting edge technologies. The NSI-4-AFRICA head office is based in Midrand, Gauteng. However we offer onsite technical support for our equipment throughout Sub-Saharan Africa. In spite of the strides we make against our competitors in terms of equipment prices and production costs to our clients, our primary focus remains service delivery. We are one of the only local distribution companies that sends our senior technical staff abroad to be trained onsite at manufacturing facilities to ensure the best possible local technical support.
