I bought my first King extra length 11 years ago. It is the most fantastic bed out there. I can go stay in 5* hotels and I am so happy to come back to my bed and my pillows. Fantastic product and I will never buy another brand/ product again. From begin to end and after service was phenomenal. Excellent product.

I honestly question the quality of materials used when making the Dynasty King Extra Length adjustable bed. It is half the price of that which you would pay for at Tempur and we were told the quality is as good as a tempur bed and subsequently cancelled our tempur order. 1, The bed smelt like it just came off the factory floor (chemical smell) 2. After the misfortune of experiencing a burst pipe from our bathroom which subsequently leaked to the bed, a rim of orange mould appeared on the base of the bed the next day. 3. When readjusting the bed to the straight "bed" position the mattress shifts slightly off the base. Naturally the gaurantee does not cover the mould no surprise there, and i was told to claim from insurance or they can replace the bed at an additional cost. R45K down. The leak was our misfortune , but again I question the quality of the materials used in manufacturing the bed. Like they say "goed koop is duur koop".
The memory foam pillows are possibly the best pillows I have sever slept on. Would definitely recommend it

Absolutely Horrible Experience. We bought the top of the range bed from them. First they send the wrong size. The replacement beds legs were skew. They then came back to fix the legs, but there were still skew legs. The manager then has the audacity to tell me that they checked the legs, and that there must be something wrong with my eyes!!!!!! I have no faith that they will honor the guarantee, and if they keep giving this level of service, and are this rude to customers, the company is not going to be around long enough to honor the guarantee even if they want to. Update: The response below shows the attitude of this company. They are rude to customers and then accuse customers of being rude. When the owners tells a customer "there are bigger problems in the world" than substandard quality on a R30000 bed, that's all you need to know.
