I'm not happy with paul james hairdressers and the way I look afterwards. The hair dresser doesn't pay attention to you to make sure everything looks fine she just leaves it for someone else in the salon to take over and then wants to only do her part witch blow dry THAT'S ALL she did. I sat there from 11am till 3pm and honestly it was such a long day that when I saw my hair at the end of the day I just realized I payed R2000 and I won't even go back to let them fix it because if they can't do it right the first time they won't on the 2nd time. I waisted my time and money and now I need someone else to fix what they couldn't do.

My daughter and I went to your branch yesterday and walked out crying. We pay alot for our hair because its long so paying between 1800 and 2000 rand each is a price we are use to pay.... But we did not get what we payed for what a waist of money and time. Ombre looks like a dip in a bottle of bleach hair is broken as we comb and it looks terrible I wish the owner could see this. Now we have to go somewhere else to fix this mess most probably have to cut a chunc of dry hair from the high volume bleach. The ombre looks like a dip in bleach. Very unhappy!!! Please take care of your customers needs aswell as their hair!

I went by without an appointment and they were very accommodating and squeezed me in for a haircut. They give you an awesome massage before cutting your hair and do an outstanding job of cutting your hair and are very gentle unlike some other hairdressers and barbers. I see some people complaining that they pay more than they should have, but this is a hairdresser not a barber, if you want a cheap haircut, go to a barber and get your hair cut for cheap where they use blunt instruments and spray you with their cheap cologne, but this is an upmarket hairdresser that does an amazing job and as with anything in life, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this hairdresser, they are my hairdresser of choice from now on.
