Pathetic service!! Been dealing with the Managing Director, Bertie Fick, who came to our property for a quote on 29 September. I clearly mentioned that we were planning on building the pool only next year but needed a quotation in order to know what we should budget for. We are planning to build a custom gunite / concrete pool so we have absolutely no idea what the costs are. He promised to send the quote 2 days after our consultation...Today is the 21st of October and still no quotation after sending a follow up on 15 October. The consultation with Bertie was extremely rushed... it felt like he had somewhere else to be and didn't really listen to what I wanted and also couldn't really make any great recommendations like I would expect from a "pool expert" Super disappointed in our first encounter with Penguin Pools. If this is the level of service you offer I'd much rather use a different company who's hungry for business
