I didn't appreciate the service from petals and post. They delivered birthday flowers at 5pm and they failed to communicate that they are inefficient at making timely deliveries. Apparently their line was down but they ruined the whole experience for me and the person I was delivering to. They were impolite and condescending throughout all the interactions. Not sure if it's a race thing, but it reeks of it, undermining, impolite and all round distasteful. I'm still waiting for my refund. Batung, it's a zero from me.
