Store is bright, well laid out and welcoming. The staff are all over the place-inconsistency all round. The labels are wrong and when asked for prices and items they can’t seem to find anything of even know what’s going on. Typically has very few tellers open, and when asked for a carton, disappeared downstairs for one. Didn’t have, so tried to charge extra for individual boxes. While the teller was gone, gentleman in the queue blatantly ate pie, took some chocolates and walked out without paying-theft right in front of everyone. No action taken.

This PnP is a joke, it thinks because its in Hyde Park its all fancy and doesn't need customer service. I have had a few disappointing experiences there but the straw that broke the camels back and made me write a review is: Nobody even answers the F-ing phone, I just called 8 times in a row yet no answer. WHY HAVE A PHONE NUMBER??

This is so disappointing. Not the first time that the fruit has been off from the Hyde Park pnp. I bought it yesterday on the way home from work and the Bananas are all bruised beyong eating. If only all pnps had the same standard at the Wm Nicol one. Sadly they cannot be compared at all!!

Why have so many tills and not have people stationed? on them we have to always wait 6-10 in a que just to pay for small items, we loving at Pick 'n Pay but the waiting on ques kills when there are empty ques and sometimes your staff is so slow like OMG One time we left the food and went to Woolworths to since the staff is faster and the the ques move so fast unlike pick 'n Pay Plz do something about it

I am not happy about the unhealthy way of preparing or packaging food. I visited your Supermarket today during lunch and I bought a dagwood. I was disgusted with what I uncovered. It looks like you put the bread/toasted bread onto the plastic paper while its still hot and the plastic then melts on the bread. That is so unhealthy and disgusting. I cannot believe that I wasted my money and time buying. I am totally not happy at all.
