So the first salesman that assisted me could not answer questions I gave him so he very politely asked me to follow him round the building and introduced me to Conrad ... WOW does this man know his stuff ... he guided me to what I needed not what I wanted and saved me from making a very expensive mistake ... Thank you for your help and guidance sir ... I would recommend Pinnacle to anyone that needs a welder or consumables ... 10 stars

This was a very unfortunate experience. Please be careful of these guys, first off don't trust the specs that they send you it's false advertising. On their website and via email I was told that the welder supported a certain range of wire which it does not and was then told I need to "modify" the machine myself if I want to use it in the way advertised. I later found out that the gas regulator was faulty and I was told that I must drive to their premises so that they can show me that it was not the unit it was in fact me that was the problem. Even though the thing looks like it comes from the cheapest stock that China has to offer. I don't like to bad mouth companies especially in these times but seriously they take your cash and then forget about their customers. Lets hope the welder never gives problems because it will an expensive paper weight.
