An awesome College to do a child care qualification at. I was a student at the college many years ago, but it is a great place to make friends and study at. Bev Wilson is the best director any one could ask for.

We paid for a nanny training course due to take place on the 28th- 31st July. All monies was requested in full and paid well before the course for my nanny. The nanny was told to be at the training by 9h00 in Scalabrini Centre. She arrived, having taken her own transport into the CBD an waited for over an hour and a half to no avail. Eventually Samuel Whiting (owner and director) arrived and told her it was cancelled without notice and she needed to come back on a Saturday. No prior arrangement was made with us via email or telephonically(having paid for the course directly). In addition, Samuel assumed it would be fine for the nanny to return not considering that to be her private and recreational time and that arrangement had been made for her to attend whilst the employer was away. We requested a refund on many occassions which Samuel said she would pay but now avoids all emails and has still not refunded us the R1300 owing.Extremely unprofessional service considering she feels no remorse at cancelling and taking nanny's times and inconvenience at liberty.
