Nurses came late at work and they services are very slow government officials must do random visit in public health to monitor the situation
Rude nurse/staff
I've come to notice that government services tend to slow and not cared for. Government officials don't care about the masses or rather the people. Their needs matter more. I found the Rabie Ridge clinic awfully slow and unbearable, you only receive immediate attention if you near death. The officials do not understand client satisfaction. One can spend a day sitting on the chairs waiting for assistance. It gets frustrating. I wouldn't recommend the service highly but one gets assisted eventually. I believe its a service no one should be given. It was said that hospitals and clinics will now have free WiFi. It is misleading when none of that exits. I believe its safe to say it was an okay experience.
I was at the clinic on the 17/08/2018 from 6am in the morning till 3pm the whole day and they cut the line and told us to come on Tuesday . I was number 17 on the list but I didn't get help. Nurses were knocking off around 1pm and all we could do was to wait and to be send home at 1pm. Government services is very poor you can die while sitting on the same chair for long 7hours.
