Upon enquiry regarding booking of an appointment to come and view the premises and making general enquires about the school the staff member that assisted came across as arrogant....what a disappointment. Providing good customer service is clearly not priority.
The school is neat but very disappointing treatment!!! Some of the Teachers lack patience need to learn to deal with kids. I had a 2-year old son who was attending and was forced out because I was told he plays "rough" with other kids and does not take instructions. He only attended for 3 days and I was shocked to receive a call to come and collect my son.
