Parking area very dangerous. To many car watch workers. Entrance filthy! NOT COVID COMPATIBLE, squirt one hand, no temp check desks, window sills filthy. Counter not covid cleaned after customers.

I moved out of Randfontein in March 2020. Sold my house and registered in new ownners name on 6 March 2020. Since then I have been trying to get my refund. Have spoken to a employee and apparently it is with municipal manager to sign. Problem is, that the documents is with him now for the past 3 weeks and nothing happens. The phone nrs does not work at all since before lockdown. Who can I contact??.
