Just completed a purchase from RC King for a battery and a charger for my sons radio controlled car. Melissa called me after the order had gone through, to let me know that the charger and the battery were not compatible, just in case I didn't know. She talked me through why I was buying that specific battery and charger, found out which car it was for and guided me thoughtfully to the right product and even some extra equipment I needed to prevent the battery from breaking by over discharge. I've had so much trouble with this car up until now, and Melissa is the first person to help me understand how to look after it and what the right things are for the product. Superb service and real expertise in her field. I would definitely use RC King again, even though I'm ordering from Cape Town. Prices are good, service is excellent and delivery was reasonably priced and on time. Thanks again Melissa!
