A very well managed family business where the staff are most obliging and kind. They are also most patient and.not pushy at all. Steve adjusted my flues such that I get a much better heat output. Ever since they attended to my fireplace, the glas also doesn't get the ugly black. It burns clean and beautiful and gives the best warmth ever. My fireplace is now not only beautiful but also much much more effective. Steve and Theresa, thank you sooooo much.
