After using their facilities for around 8 months I believe i am qualified to give a review of regus in general and regus greenstone specifically. There is a high staff turnover as they often understaffed and unskilled to perform the tasks which is reasonable to expect. Customers get upset and the staff leaves. the onsite staff takes no responsibilities but passes the buck to the "finance team" who seems to battle with the most simple things. In short do not get an office here. You pay around R 1000 / m2 and the serviced part of the office is a bigger headache than what its worth.
