I want to thank Rossco for the fantastic job done on my car. The service was brilliant and efficient. The car came back looking better than new. I definitely suffer from OCD when it comes to my car and they understood my concerns and expectations and they didn’t disappoint me. Keep an eye on your car when you take it to their car wash. Unfortunately I didn't and my driver's side floor mat was swopped out for one with a hole in it, and my VW Polo 1.9 TDi engine cover was removed. When I noticed the missing engine cover a few days later when I filled up and checked oil I went back and there was absolute denial. Will never go back there

They ask for the vehicles to be repaired this is done timously but when it comes to paying the owner says he did not authorize the repairs but he'd the one that say just fetch them and send the quote . Now I'm sitting with 11900 . Not paid for 3 months. PLEASE PAY YOUR DEBTS INSTEAD OFCLOOKING FOR A FREE RIDE ..... PAY ME MY MONEY ........
