Mike & his Team has been tremendously helpful, they have gone over and above to assist us. We had 4 deliveries (3 boxes per destination) that needed to go to 4 different Lodges/Game Reserves with a tight deadline, and I mean tight as a vacuum sealed product! Goods were picked up on the 18/03 and regardless of the Public Holiday, all goods were delivered by the 24/03 (Gobsmacked) if you know the shipping industry, all game reserves only gets delivered once or twice a week but with the assistance of Mike & his team, they made this possible. Thank you Mike and your team for handling our consignments with professionalism and efficiency - we and our client are most grateful. We would definitely recommend Rush, they are very affordable & efficient. The Bindery Shoppe Team

Literally the worst courier service I have ever used. Booker for my parcel to be picked up tge next day and within a week still heard nothing. Does not even respond to any emails or the chat function on their website

They are very cost effective and give you more than one service provider to choose from. I almost missed out on excellent service by checking reviews on other sites first last month. I also loved the fact that I was treated like a big paying client. Everything was done professionally. Starting from their user-friendly website that enables you to do a quick quote and send a parcel, to the agents who are available online to chat to you in need of assistance instead of a robot that can't answer some questions, to their quick response to queries and their working relationship with The Courier guy services. The courier service was faster than I could be ready for their collection. Even when the mistake was mine Rush Courier would go out of their way to resolve my issue. I have found a courier company for whatever I need to send now(essential products) and future after the Lockdown. I am impressed. Keep it up Rush Courier

I have been using Rush for a few months. They are cost effective and not once have I had anyone not take responsibility from start to finish regarding a query when the courier messed up. I have to say Joy has been a life saver to me from way before the lockdown...and only today did I find that she is in Accounts! She has helped to resolve countless delayed parcels with the courier themselves and yet its not even part of her job. She went and still goes above and beyond her duty and she should be highly commended by the company as a star employee. Joy, thank you for being so amazing, for helping me and listening to my rants about the courier and always coming back with an answer. You ROCK!!!
