I liked the ambiance and the service from the waitresses but the glasses weren’t clean and smelled as if they were washed in dirty water, we ordered mince nachos as a starter and that’s what got us to as for the bill, the sour cream was wet so as the guacamole the mince had a very watery gravy and the taste was just horrible...

Used to be a very nice spot to go for cocktail specials. Nowadays, the staff is always seeming too busy, there's always someone seeming like a trainee. Last two times I was there, had a horrible experience with the waiters. We were placed at a table and never assigned a waiter, I had to go by the bar to ask for one. The dude was distracted, he forgot us and took an hour to bring our second drinks. Very frustrating. The tip was less obviously, then he was rude about it like he gave us a pleasant experience. Waiters here tend to seem overworked and they sometimes take out their frustrations on customers. One coloured female there is the nicest waitress. Either than that, it's a cool place to go for cocktail specials before 18h00 I believe. The music usually kinda sucks too, it's better to go as a group.

Excellent service. They serve non alcoholic as well as alcoholic drinks. A lovely place for friends to hang out and catch up. The food is great. They offer meat and seafood platters as well as a variety of plates. They also offer specials on drinks like 2 for the price of one on both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. They also play lovely music.

I was part of a group of people attending a birthday party. We phoned to make a booking. They advised that they don’t accept bookings. We advised that it was for a birthday and they ASSURED us (multiple times), that we could simply arrive and they would make a plan to seat us. When we arrived, the bar was full and the staff at the entrance advised that they couldn’t assist our group with a table. No explanation was given, and we were told that there was ‘nothing they could do’. In addition, Covid protocols are CLEARLY being ignored inside. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Lovely atmosphere. Was not what I expected though. Had to fight for a table. Waitress was all over the place living her best life, but failed to serve us. She had an attitude towards us due to the fact that we complained about her. Her name starts with a "D". We really did not like her service. Furthermore, we waited forever for our drinks and food. Absolutely appalling.

Everything was nice. BUT! My one friend and I didn't enjoy our burgers. The petty and fried sweet potato didn't do it for us, I feel like it would be nice to give options whether one wants fries or something with it. However both my other friends' pastas were delicious and my other friend had nachos and it was good too. Service delivery was brilliant! I was going to give it a 5* had it not been for the burger meal
