I have had such a horrible experience when doing business with them. I applied for an Audi A3 Sedan, when financing was confirmed and I drove over to the Company where I was taken to the Manager just to be told that they have sold the car already, then wanted to smear another car off on me.

I bought a car from Smith LUC AUTO and I experienced a few problems. I contacted them the same day and they went out of their way to satisfy my concerns and my problems were completely solved. I was worried at first because I had read negative reviews online but I guess nobody is perfect. Everyone tries their best. One thing I learnt was that a person must have the right kind of attitude and approach when dealing with other people regardless of the money you've spent. THE right kind of attitude will take you a long way. Anyway I hope that all other customers will be treated as well as I was. Black Business people can also do well.
