Safe to say I got a fairly good police public service here. Staff are motivated and willing to help. Most are down to earth and not ego driven. The downside of my experience was the extremely long wait of over 2 hours even though there was a few client waiting. The female sergeant who conducted my fingerprint clearance enquiry was very professional and highly motivated. To my utmost surprise, no one here requested for cold drink tips!

Great service, went to go certify my I.D and the guy that helped me was really friendly and down to earth, and the service was actually really fast. Probably the best police station I've been to in a long time.

Keep on reporting illegal cable burning and they always promise to dispatch a police vehicle though I have yet to see one.

Shocking service. Nobody pick up the phone anytime during morning, afternoon or evening after more than 20 phone calls. Once somebody pick up, she wanted to go on lunch and put me through to somebody else, who guesss what, did not answer the phone. What a poorly run police station through the years. Is there even a station commander? I dont think so. The service levels were poor at various times. Not an isolated incidence. No accountability and from charge office to top seems to be no attempt to either change the service levels or the image of the police station. Sad. Sad. Sad
