Very bad experience receptionist who is very rude you call in to make an appointment she confirms it only when you come through she advises that she is very busy go and sit down with no apologies whatsoever that the so called appointment you made is not honoured. What is the purpose of making an appointment ?Poor planning and not truly not organized.

We specialize in Dignostic scanning. We have to keep a professional relationship at all time and follow stringent protocols issued by medical council and international society of sonogists .Routine scans is what we are obligated to do. Further more we also following strict infection protocols which requires us to see patients efficiently and quickly and these guidelines are set out by Government regulation. To clarify.

Disappointing. It felt like it was very routine for her, ticking off another client seen for the day... Not what we had hoped for and ruined the moment for us a couple expecting our first child. Also not worth it - over R1000 HD scans for about 7 minutes - felt so rushed and impersonal.
