Awesome fine dining experience. Will definitely return to try out lunch and dinner. A lot of restaurants do not get breakfast right, and cannot even poach an egg right, but the Kraal definitely knows how to. Very friendly staff, and followed my online booking request to make the event special for a birthday. Our waiter Gift was exceptional, made great conversation, and made sure we had a pleasant experience.

Awesome location, great dinning set up. As we arrived our daughter saw the kids area so from then it was decided lunch was taking place outside, nice safe and secure kids area so my daughter was in her element. I think by sitting outside we shot ourselves in the foot, because the food we ordered (starter and main) were not served hot by the time it got to us but was still some taste food, the rump was done as per order, wife did enjoy her virgin cocktails. Just one suggestion, is a family stall for families with babies. Other than that we will be going back for date night.

Horrible service. No care for customers, the manager is such a rude person. I will never recommend this place to anyone. From the response given, this means I would've arrived at 3pm and I wouldn't be able to order my main meal. Yet we ordered starters before we preceeded to order main meals. I do admit I arrived 1 hour late. The manager didn't kindly ask us to do anything. The manager was rude and told us to move to the bar with kids.

The food was very average. We ordered a steak and it was completely over cooked and it took forever to receive. Next morning, we had breakfast and it was a very simple and basic.
