(10Aug19) My wife and I were vehicle shopping and she was adamant she wanted to see the new Mazda range. We walked in and had a look at 2/3 vehicles with one favourite in-between but to our surprise no one seemed to care or even acknowledge that we were breathing the same air, nothing. I can totally understand how busy Saturday's can be but surely someone can say hello? Hi can i get someone to help you? I would of even settled for the tea lady letting me know that someone would come to my aid shortly and that would of us in the store. So we just left the store puzzled and annoyed. I've never been to a Mazda dealership before today & I probably won't walk into one again. To his credit the security was very welcoming.

Words can not describe how amazing this dealership and it's staff are! Lance Da Silva and each member of his team have left me speechless with their service these past few years. Mazda builds a strong and lasting relationship with its customers and undoubtedly will be hard to find anywhere else. This dealership and its team would do anything in their power to help you... Always an absolute pleasure to go to this branch. It's even out of my way but the service is always fantastic here. From the friendly staff that greet you, to the coffee while you wait & they never take chances by recommending "something" to be replaced when not necessary.
