No extra sauce like the previous order, added to that, the chicken was dry and really didnt look appetising, almost like it was standing for hours and just put on the grill minutes before...NOT happy at all, especially for the price we pay. Nandos in NOT cheap. Treat me like a paying customer!

Firstly, I marked clearly on my order that I could not have dairy on my burger and asked for no mayo, my burger arrived absolutely dripping with mayo. Secondly, they did not pack the cool drink that I paid for as part of my meal, I then called back an was told it would be delivered soon. An hour later, I called back again to ask when I should be expecting my delivery and they said it was on the way. Now 2 hours later, I still have not received my cool drink. Needless to say, I will no longer be bringing my business to this nandos branch.

Pathetic service! Ordered at 18h00 for delivery, at 19h30 I had to go to the store because they don't answer the phone. They then could not contact the driver to locate my order. They eventually had to make me a new order. I would stop offering delivery if I was them.

Parking is a problem sometimes but underground parking is always available. Car guards not so helpful
