I am not happy with the service, I went to apply for a contract phone which was approved. the deal I applied for was for S21A31 I was then told that the A31 was not available they are still waiting for stock to arrive. and its been almost two weeks now and I received no call from Telkom or an update as to when I will receive my phones, I had to go to the Shop on Saturday to go and ask, please advise when I will receive my phones.

I love that they take Covid regulations seriously, and the employees are friendly and helpful though very slow. There are 8 tills but only 3 people working with the line being very long, I'd recommend having more people working on weekends. My concern is that, the shop knows that it has a whole lot of customers and the line gets very long. It's sad that they don't cater for old citizens and pregnant woman who stand in the long lines. 2 woman(elderly and a pregnant lady) had to ask for a chair so that they can sit down outside. Maybe consider the sitting arrangements in the shop while catering for covid regulations.

I loved every second I spent in the shop . I was assisted by a passionate young lady, who added so much value and patiently explained everything with a smile. I am not happy with Telkom, I want to port to a different network because I have had a simple issue for about a year which is still unresolved with no explanation. I am having a hard time deciding which network I should port to because I know I will still be stuck with the same issues of incompetency. South Africa needs fixing!!! I would definitely go back for the same experience and satisfaction offered by the lady though.

Went there last week Friday was assisted by Mpho who had no clue what she was doing as i was looking to do an upgrade.... Waited for almost 35 minutes to know if i can do my upgrade or not and she then told me she will get back to me by calling which never happened till today.

I didn't like the service I got from the consultants. Very poor, they talk to each other whilst you're waiting for assistance. They don't explain if the wait is long due to a system glitch. I waited for close to 30 minutes only for the guy to tell me that there's no stock. He was too busy chatting to think of first checking for stock before making me wait. So, ja, bad experience
