My mother lost everything that she was supposed to get from sars because of stanlib 's incompetence! She is a pensioner! We have to fix this, with no time on our hands!! I also think that the money invested at stanlib in durban, benefits standard bank and not my mother. They have been banking at standard bank from 1958. Pathetic!!!!

Absolutely NO service at all. I write every day, often more than once, to request assistance. All I receive is an automated answer or an automated answer sent with a name. If I write to the name it does not reply. ARE YOU ALL DEAD? Kindly reply to give needed assistance!

Stanlib are you still banking in the 90's? Its taken 7 weeks to setup an online profile. While sitting on hold for hours trying to speak to someone there is a recurring message about "Stanlib is going digital and you can now get your stements online" Not if I cant setup a linked investment

I've been trying to get some money from my investment, but I was attended by a security officer on duty, who showed me an old wrinkled notice that I can email stanlib. Which I did but haven't received any response. When I called the office there's no response at all. WHAT'S GOING ON? PLEASE someone talk to me!

Worst service in the history of the world!!! Calling this company is worse than calling Joburg City - Electricity, at least they answer after 60-min. We have called twice in two days. Called on Monday, 12.10.2020, we waited for 3-hours for someone to answer, the actual call, once answered, took 15-minutes. The information we requested was sent through via email, but it was NOT what we asked for!! Today, Thursday, 15.10. 2020, we've been holding on for 1.5 hours. Shocking, shocking service!
