Horrible service from Service Operator Thembekile Nkosi. Guy couldn't tell size of my tires, wheel swap or shuffle (requested) not done cause of this. More waiting had to be done so the operator can finish, all due to lack of attention to detail. Disappointed and now not trusting even the actual service and wheel alignment itself, if such a simple thing as wheel alignment was poorly executed.
