It was incredibly intensive, but that’s great! I enjoy challenges. Each part of the training was well organised. It allowed me to try out new things and re-enforce previous learning from other sources and work/life situations. The training directed my attention to teaching approaches that need more attention and reflection from my side. Valuable lessons with practical ideas that can be immediately applied to real life situations. This training was not theory-focused, thank goodness! You watch, learn and then do! Amazing! Expectations were high but that is what it is all about.
