The initiative is based on the selection of ten Gentlemen who have demonstrated highly notable attributes, achievements and inspirational qualities as influential gentlemen in our society within various industries. The idea to create such an initiative was born out of the realisation that young men in South Africa do not have enough visible, positive role models that they can easily identify with and look up to. The ten identified Gentlemen will for a period of a year be involved in various campaigns that drive and ensure that the young men are mentored, driven to nurture their dreams, offered career guidance to go with these dreams whilst opening further education avenues. Our mandate is fully centered on ensuring that young men in our society are adequately empowered in order for them to also grow up having an impact contribution in the society. It is a notable fact that inspiration and motivational initiatives are usually directed at young women.
