Poor service to tenants, Internet is at times so slow.They charge a arm and a leg for everything like renting a board room, printing, faxing and for telephone bills. They don't really fix stuff that is broken. You also pay for basement parking. If their roof starts leaking and dammages your electronic equitment their insurances does not cover it. What ever happens on the premises is entirely on your own risk.Many times the phones does not work. Tenants here don't last. So many empty offices. They are way to expensive. I dont think it is value for money.
