I have rented from the PTA branch before with no issues. But i was super dissapoint, negative and embarrassed this time around. On the 25th of July I drove 30 km to the showroom with a colour sample of the serviettes i needed for my function. I had to make sure the colour is a perfect match. Got there and found the exact match serviettes, yay!. Gave the employee who workes there the serviette and told her i want that colour. When she gave me the invoice it said Aqua. I asked her why it says aqua because the colour i was looking at was mint green?. She said no the one i had in my hand was the aqua one. I though that ok maybe because said worker there ahe knows better. The next day I asked a friend to pick them up for me for the weekend as she lives closer and will take them to the function venue. When i got to my function today the whole venue was mint green and white, except for the serviettes.... they were aqua BLUE!!! I looked so stupid and i was so embarrassed. I seriously want a refund out of that employees's pocket. She seriously screwed up.
