My father has been in and out of hospital during the course of the last year. Most of the bills were only paid according to medical aid rates and there has been a substantial shortfall on his bills. We sent multiple doctor bills to TRA and all of them have been paid without any issues. It is an easy process, whereas we send all required documentation via email and withing a few days the claims are processed. We are truly thankful that all of the bills have been paid in full.
