I bought a ticket online on the 4 of December 2020 going to Durban from Johannesburg, when i went to collect my bus ticket at park station they told me that my ticket was cancelled so i had to buy another ticket. They told me in order to get my money back i have to call the call center when i called them they told me that they cant help me they only deal with bookings not refunds .

Service here is very average. Customer service totally non existent. Booking is very tedious especially online. Better to try Computicket Site instead. Long distance buses mostly to the eastern cape and kzn. Always packed to the max. My advice would be to go for Citiliner, Greyhound or Intercape if you are looking for better service and experience

This bus is such a joke, all 10pm busses have left. Translux is nowhere to be seen, even worse there's not even 1 Translux employee........ Just great.
Their service is deplorable. The bus was supposed to depart at 7:30am today ,we still at park Station at 9am and we havnt received any communication regarding delays. My journey hasn't begun but its already an unpleasant experience.

What a bad experience i had with Translux, i have never experienced such in competence in transport service. I booked a bus on time from Johannesburg to Polokwane 2 days before the departure date. On the day which is today the 14th of February 2020 i got at Johannesburg station 3 hours before departure time as the bus was suppose to leave by 17:00. I printed my ticket and waited on the seats. Around 16:30 i realized that there's no board or communication regarding the bus and went to their termilas which i enquire and i then, i was told that the bus has been cancelled. No communication what so ever from them. This means if i waited on the seats i would have spent a night at station. All we can do is to give you your refund thats what the gentleman said, really Trunslux we have commitments and refund does not solve any of them stop acting as if refund is the best thing to do. I missed the training now because i wont be in Polokwane tomorrow morning. Passengers if you have an option, stay away from Translux their incompetence will cost you something valuable one day.
