Our family first engaged with Chris and his team in 2016. From the very start we were given factual and correct information and was guided by Chris on this journey. Chris supported us with our own residency application (which was approved in 2018) and the delay was purely due to a change in circumstances and in adding my eldest son to our initial application. In 2020 I again reached out to Chris and his team for support to apply for a dependent-child resident visa for my daughter, which was approved early this month.
