I would just like to compliment Twisp The Glen on their excellent service. Unfortunately I never get the lady's name. She is the attractive lady with plaits in her hair. Twice I have had a problem, once where my Twisp just started "Smoking" and she didnt hesitate to give me a new Twisp. 2nd time the gentleman that often works at the kiosk and often gives you the wrong product gave me the wrong product. Yesterday she took the product back (i had no slip) and all i paid in was the difference. I trust this lady gets the recognition she deserves
