I must say I am really impressed with the service I received. This store is just across the road from me and I stopped supporting them a couple years ago due to bad service but recently decided to give them another chance. I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly and helpful new staff there and will definitely be supporting them in future. Highly recommended.

My wife bought me the Teslacig Punk 220w mod for Xmas 2 weeks ago. She is still waiting for her emailed invoice. We went back to your store last Saturday to purchase batteries and we were told that the Mod invoice would be emailed to her during the course of the day. Still nothing! I opened my gift this morning (Xmas day) AND IT'S NOT WORKING!!!!! To say i am disappointed would be an understatement. Disappointed that you sell non working items. Disappointed on your lack of basic customer service. I will be back at your store on Sunday morning demanding a FULL refund and can promise you that i will NEVER go back to ANY vaperite ever again.
