I recently embarked on coaching sessions offered by Varaya Business Consulting through Natasha, these sessions were extremely valuable and probably one of the best things I could have done for myself during the COVID-19 pandemic, not only did these sessions help me identify what limiting beliefs I have, but they also helped me identify which beliefs and values are not my own and do not align with my life's purpose. The sessions require you to dig deep and be authentic and honest in your responses, Natasha pushes you to identify any blind spots and helps you address areas of fear, low self esteem and identifying who you really are. I have never been a huge fan of mentoring or coaching but after this journey I would highly recommend all young and upcoming professionals to embark on the journey with Natasha, her professionalism and ability to challenge your thinking makes the process worth every cent spent!
