Bad service. Their scones are night but their customer service is very bad. Imagine leaving Krugersdorp for your order and when you get there they tell you to wait 2hours for your order. Mxm

I am very happy with Vero's cakes. I ordered a cake for my nieces birthday party and I had never been there nor used their services. I emailed my order and made the payment, and two days before the collection day I confirmed the date and time with them, they advised it was all good. Got there, my cake was perfect to the tee, it was exactly like the picture I had sent them, the cupcakes had exceeded my expectations as they customized them when I had asked for plain ones. The lady who was packing the cake for us, offered to even put the cake in the car for us. I am grateful for their good work. Plus, it tasted amazing and it was fresh.

The biscuits are yummy, but the prices keep changing. The price you get when ordering and the price you pay when collecting differ by between R30 and R40. The staff is extremely unfriendly with an intolerable attitude. Ordered twice and will definitely not go back.
