MOST USELESS AND UNHELPFUL PEOPLE to simply unblock an imei number they come up with the most irrelevant excuses they can think of just so they don't have to work or do anything to help a customer even prepared all the documents for them and still no help they would rather send you to another branch so they don't have to work IF YOURE SEEKING HELP FROM THEM TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT WOULD ACCTUALLY HELP

Vodacom at Rosebank Mall disappointed me. I would not give you my business. The lady who assisted me had little competence and little will to assist. The store needs better management. Don't waste your time going there.

The service was terrible. I was enquiring about upgrading my contract. The service was so poor, the lady I was referred to was not interested at all in assisting me, so I had asked her for my account number, left and moved my contract. The service at the other service provider was excellent. Best decision to move. Vodacom, manage your staff.
