The place is good but the service is terrible. Yes we as adolescents go there for help , because its provided freely and there's no need to go and consult a private doctor , but the way they operate isn't as great. They keep you sitting on the chairs for hours before you can get attention , they always have lost files and have to create a duplicate each time , whilst in the line all they do is talk and laugh, ,keep on looking at your file but doing absolutely nothing. It makes no difference even if you go in the early hours of the morning coz you'll still wait until afternoon to be attended. Please , improve your service
