First class store. Have been doing business with them for many many years.
I usually prefer shopping at our local shops instead of the corporate shops. On my visit to this store, I ended up going to the corporate store and recieved remarkable service and the products of my choice. At Wits : On entry, the man behind the counter gave us a warm greeting and smiled. On perusing, looking for warm underwear, there was no apparent assistance available. So, I found the item of clothing of my choice. However it looked like a size for a 10year old. I enquired as to bigger sizes, was told, one size fits All. Now really.???!!! Nd was dropped like a hot potato. There was no service, friendliness or politeness to be found at this store. No alternative was offered, evn thought I asked. No further assistance was provided. I really felt sorry that I went all the way to visit this shop. Regards. Faeza.
